After install new ram in the computer the computer wont turn on but install the old ram back in it works. Im thinking I have to rest the BIOS but not sure. Anyone know what the problem is?

do you get alot of beeps and then it shuts off?if so,then you have the wrong RAM.

if everything is the same on the RAM you bought and the RAM you had in there originally,then yes,the new ones are D.O.A.

ITS STUPID!!! 4GB IS MAX!!!?? LOL. I want 8 GB but technically I dont need that much.

if you're running a 32-bit system,then you would only need 4GB at the most because anything over that would be a waste of money and RAM because it wouldn't use anything over 4GB.

not always the case, many people dont have speakers in their case. Especially in custom built computers, a lot of people forget to plug it in.

As every one else said, bad ram, or wrong ram.
