i ran ac with my cast rev hard manifold and inline pro.as long as the exhaust down pipe is on the pass side usually ac will work with a cast one.fabbing will rout any way you want.

are the cast iron manifolds A/C compatible ? is that what the rev hard manifold is ?

Full Race is a company, if that's what he meant. They make some BEAUTIFUL manifolds, and they know their shit. I don't know what kind of budget you're working with but you could call them up and for the right price they could fab you a manifold that would clear a flux cap if that's what you needed.

Full Race doesn't make a A/C comp for the dseries just the bseries and even then you still have to move some stuff around (have one here now). The cast one you have picked will work but will be a little tight on the condensor and rad because of how far away from the head the turbo mounts. Also, the wastegate dump tube will be a little difficult. Your best bet would be a log style cast manifold.

Why do you need a top mount? Is you motor fully build (sleeved?)?

Since you're in Alabama why not talk to Greg at go-autoworks since they are local to you. Plus, he specialize in d-series :goodjob:

i just figured top mounts would leave plenty room for the A/C. but where is go-autoworks ?

umm idk about that.
i was in the same situation and the top kpfab top mount manifold was far from fitting in my coupe. Greddy log mani fits fine.

Just take the A/C out. It robs power anyway. Your turbo build will be easier and cheaper that way too.....The Slim fan will help. Just make sure its mounted right because the slim fans barely have a shroud.

Put a used greddy kit on it..... Fits like factory and perfect on a tight budget.
