The guys had laser lipo on his stomach and a few other body parts to remove his excessive skin that he had left when he had gastric bypass surgery. He was like almost four-hundred pounds and it was putting is health at risk. Dude looks normal now and you would never know he had anything done unless he told you.

The girl just had a tuck here and there so she could start a minor modeling career. She's not famous or anything but just does ads down in Atlanta for different things, no nude modeling. More tasteful style stuff and lingerie style.
