The system is fucked up

So I've been having major issues with the mother of my daughter. The bitch is a lunatic.

So here is the rundown. I have no rights to my daughter because she was born out of wedlock. When she was born I sign a "Paternity acknowledgment form" at meaning that I claim her as my own. This does not mean I have any rights to her. All that means is that her mom can get child support out of me. So every pay check child support is automatically garnished out of my wages. As far as the law is concerned I'm just a random sperm donor.

To even have some sort of rights I have to pay a lawyer $1500-$2500 to get her legitimated. That means I have to file for a DNA test and have the courts verify that she is mine. The thing is as much trouble as I go through with her mom. If she turned out to not be mine and she was gone for good that would kill me.

The next step I have file for visitation and custody. Which is going to suck because her family is like royalty in the town that I have to file in. On top of all that it's probably going to cost another $5000-$15000 because I won't fight for anything less than full custody. I only say that because her mom is seriously fucked up in the head and I fear that my daughter will turn out like her if she is raised by her.

I think it fucked up that we have to pay the price at the hand of all those dead beat fathers in the past. It sucks that women have all the rights in the world. And they wonder why so many father kidnap their kids and run away with them. I mean to even jump start the system take thousands of dollars and several months. No one wants to be away from their kids that long.

The most fucked up thing is that when a child grows up and turns out all fucked up who do we blame first.... the parents. And for the law to let an innocent child grow up with a psycho like her is just wrong.

I'm no angel myself, but anyone that know me personally knows I'm a good person. I know I talk a lot a shit on her, but the internet is my playground and I treat it as such.

the laws are there to protect the women and the children. Plus the mothers are the main support for these kids, so the courts think its best that the kids stay with the mother rather the father.. But if you can prove that she is a unfit mother then you have the upper hand...

Fuck those bitches. People like her don't deserve to get anything. Let alone lay on their back spitting out babies and using the system to their advantage. No more than a few months after she and I split up she was pregnant with some other dudes kid.

Beside recent studies have shown that the father plays the more active role in a child's development. They are the ones that dictate how a child will turn out later in life.

Being with her is living proof how low my like had gotten. PTSD is some serious shit. But I guess we all have seen that in recent news.
