These cars are timeless. My ex-GF's fathers friend was a stunt driver for Smokey and the Bandit. That's the updated version of the Bandit Trans Am. Those and the originals are awesome cars. Originals are nicer imo though.

hell yeah i came across it lookin for videos on you tube! and looked up the car its a very good build! just the headlights kill it imo! plus i own a 1977 firebird formula just dont got the cash to have it shipped here from cali! its just chillen at my uncles place! FTL

Heh my first car was a fully restored 79' Trans Am. There is no other car like the 70's trans ams in the world. I hope to buy another one in the next few years.

i love it, the wheels are great. my boss has an original bandit signed on the hood and dash by Burt Reynolds. Its says "Charles' rocks Burt Reynolds" clear coated over. He claimed it "the one" from the movie, but i'm sure there was a few!

And that's a good thing. The 6.6L only had 200 HP, and they are heavy. Thank god we've made a lot on engineering advances with cars.

Im well aware of their power output, they are dog ass slow, and not good engines(403/400) to modify either. But I did say 70's, so do not forget about the 455, and the 455 SD.

lolol. i remember that day. that's back when we actually had shit to do at work :rolleyes:. now we get like 1/3 of the work we had 2 years ago.

but as far as the car... the ban III is the only one worth having. 7.0, the mo' gangster interior, and the wheels have like a fucking 6 inch lip.

true mother fucking story. they're ebay s-10 lights. wtf. i wanna yell at our designers fairly often. we do all kinds of good stuff, but drop the ball on the details. it's really frustrating.
