Can anyone think of a turbo that might fit these specs?

1.47 Pressure ratio

14lb/min @2000 rpm

40lbs/min @ 5500 rpm <--- can taper off early on this one, i know its crazy.

@70% efficiency.

For people who don't read compressor maps thats a 5.8l @ 7lbs of boost.

This is close but I'm wondering if there is a better one.

Brainstorming, thanks.

This is the best I've come up with.

Its a 62-1

Note the red line I drew in. Crosses through the efficiency island better than any other I've found.

The slope is 2000-3000rpm (Assuming spool time to full boost based on my V/E chart. I think it would spool a little sooner though.)
The rest is leading up to redline.

What hp are you shooting for? And you said this is going on a 5.8 liter? Just trying to confirm....

Aiming for 400hp.

Been running desktop dyno also to get estimates and 400hp seems very feasible.

Dunno, calcs I get you are off the map on 400 hp...you would be running less than 7 hp, lol. Bump that number up to like 500 hp and you may be able to find something. Are the internals forged? What fueling set up are you going to run? Main problem seems to be you are asking too little of the turbo, lol.

Lets go this route instead.

T04B v-1

Stock Engine, just extra fuel and the lightest head porting option.

In vehicle. I don't really care about the hp numbers I'm just looking for mid 12's.
