try making sure the DSL line is pushed in tight, Mine sometimes slips out just a bit and it may not detect it then. Also is your DSL on?? Is the wire connected to your router/DSL Modem?

yeah sometimes the comp has to be logged in so that it can verify the connection before the xbox will work. :dunno: not sure tho

turn your modem off and leave it off for about 5 minutes and then turn it on and wait 5 minutes for it to boot up. that might work because you need to turn it off everyone once and a while so it can reset for best performance.
Some routers dont work with the xbox.
What error does it put up when u do the network configuration?

and its still not fixed yet.....
WHAT MESSAGE COMES UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN U TRY TO CONNECT!!!
it might be the router you are using, if you are using one....Some routers dont recognize xbox's..might have to upgrade or get another brand.
