6k HIDs (high\low) (not installed but will hook up to prove they work or i could install them if someone cant cover that)

Honda 954RR tail light swap
Thrust Company 525 conversion w\EK MVXZ chain

stretched (6-8"...its set at 6" currently)

i have 2 sets of mirrors one set pearl white, one set black.
have 3 windshields for it, 2 stock clear and one black double bubble.
brand new rear tire(only about 50 miles have been put on it so far)

The Bad:
odometer/speedo is off (milage should be around 26-28k) due to gearing
one of the front fork seals is leaking. could need cleaning or replacing. local shop said 125 to replace both fork seals.
one front brake caliper needs a new piston gasket (seal kit is $15 online)

i can provide pictures of the pearl white fairings or more pictures of anything if needed. heres how she sits now:

no thanks....just spent all day yesterday putting a front tire and new front brakes on it, well not all day, but it made me wanna keep it.


really the only trade that would get my attention is a 99+ Z28 or SS camaro. maybe some other LS powered GM

they aren't bad to learn on in my opinion. I think it helps you stay out of the throttle if you have some fear of the bike. you just have to respect it lol

I agree, I'm just taking into consideration I'm 5'9, 145 pounds wet, and no experience. LOL. Maybe a 750 at most.

let me know if u change your mind. the stretch keeps it from coming up. ive never had the front tire leave the ground. my gf has a 05 gsxr 600 you can see it in some of the pics...i like riding mine alot better, its easier to corner and a more comfortable ride IMO.

Not to be a dick, but search my name in the car pics section, you'll find more that way. lol, I'm always posting pics.

The oil leak seems to be coming from the oil filter "adapter." The LT1s have a little aluminum piece that takes it horizontally from the block, 90*, then vertically to the filter. We think it's leaking on that adapter. I bought the gasket kit, it was like $13 or so. I just don't want to do it till the oil change is up.

Opti is brand new as of last night. The cap cracked though, so I'm trying to get that situated at the moment. It has a lot of new little things (sensors mainly, opti, plugs, tune, rear tires, etc). The funny thing is, it runs just as fast as most LS1 cars (13.1 with a bad knock sensor, tuner said it was pulling a good 4-5 degrees of timing. New knock sensor now though). The guy that did the tune and read the datalogs said it flows and has fuel maps like a stock motor, just really healthy :goodjob:

I wish! Just some 1 piece boyd coddingtons. Heavy, not staggered, curbed, hard to keep polished, balding tires, and NO traction. I wasn't able to get less than like a 2.2 60' on them. lol. I'm much happier with the real Z06 wheels

Nah, no bites at $800 for the set. I ended up trading them for Summits stars. I totally agree on the SS hood/spoiler. I think it'd be PERFECT then.

My dad had your dream car a few years back, for about 3 hours. Paid $13,000, sold it for $13,100, lol.

nice bike and gl with the sale but you may wanna rething your price, there are 05-08 1000s selling for $5-6000 with 25000 less miles. try ebay you may have luck on there, thats where i sold my last 3 bikes

i still have it. i can work with the price but i dont have to sell it, its one of those if it sells it sells deals. my insurance is paid for a year and the bike is paid for clean title in my hand so its really not costing me a dime in the next year.

btw i saw the other "01 gsxr 1000" on here for sale....01's are FUEL INJECTED just wanted to make sure no one thought this was a carb'd bike incase the other guy is confusing people (his is fuel injected too i guess he just doesnt know it)
