Due to the economy, the holiday has been canceled to provide families an ease of mind not having to buy candy, costumes, etc. People seen wearing any costumes will face criminal charges.

Anyone else hear this?

.... this is not true... any idiot who would believe this is a fucking moron. no halloween would be detrimental to the economy.. all the stores selling decorations and outfits.. you're an idiot for even thinking it was true for 6 seconds.
