My parents bought a New Trooper in 86' we took it on the beach in NC (4x4 needed) almost every weekend. Kept it 11 years and it was still in awesome shape when we traded it in.

They look very similar...hah, if the GTR morphed into an SUV, it'd look like the VehiCROSS.

I wish they had put the 4-door VehiCROSS into production. I think it looked pretty good.
