A judge in nevada has denied a notion to clear the steelers QB on rape charges. man can you imagine how much of a upset this will be "if" he is found guilty? its as if this whole case has been swept under the rug, you hardly ever here anything about it.

I just cant see a big name superstar raping anybody. If this lady didnt want to get with him he could have easily found some body else to take home. these guys are smart enough to know better than to do this kind of thing when people are willing to do anything to get money from them, it all a scandal.

True, but sometimes there are other factors at play. In particular ego and alcohol. The whole thing just sounds really strange. From what I have read she was chatting up some guy posing as a soldier on the internet the day after her traumatic attack. If I was an athlete or celebrity I would have chicks signing release forms before I hit. Sounds crazy, but I rather miss out on pussy than have to spend time in court and have my name tarnished with false claims.

Everything about this case seems funny. This supposedly happened last year but she never spoke with the police and a year later she decides to sue for money instead of filing charges.

I think Ben made a move, she said no and that was that.
