Are Metro Atlanta gas stations required to have up to 10% Ethanol in them?

So apparently I heard that all Metro Atlanta gas stations were required to have up to 10% ethanol in them. Is this true?

Last I heard... but it's been probably a year or so ago, the only stations that did not were BP (British Petroleum)

man BP gas sucks!!!! it always seems too "watered down", i use QT or murphy
