Hey i need some help i just recently traded my rims and now the front tires scrub on the outside fender well. And i need some advice on how i can temporary raise my car until i can get some new tires. The car is lowered on ebay lowering springs and it only needs to come up about 1/2 inch. Thanks if u can help.

Someone is going to tell you coil spacers. I'll say no to that. I don't know of any way to do a temporary lift aside from putting stock springs back on. Or just go on ahead and get the new tires.
You probably should have made sure you had your ducks in a row before you did this move. But that's hindsight. Later, QD.

Agreed with QD. There is no "trick" that I'm aware of to do this. Do you mean all the time or only in sharp turns from a stop? If you are getting new tires then don't worry about the ones you have, but if it is messing the car up then you need to put the stock suspension back on.

wood, thats how my friend and i got his truck up after breaking the torsion arm while picking up reflectors on the road one night. just stick the wood between the control arm and frame but fine a way to secure it.

Try using a jack, I've had great success temporarily raising my car with one of those.
