whats the best ecu to run on a b16 obd2

Is the b16 obd2 and you have swapped it or is it still in an obd2 car? Your question is a little vague.

well im bout to drop it in my 98 four door with the 99 si harness so im tryin to see if i should run a p28 with jumper harness or if there is a better obd2 ecu to use

There are ways to make the P28 work but why bother? A chipped p28 + jumper harness + basemap is no better than a stock obd2 b16 ecu in this case (and more expensive)
