Remove wheel, unbolt rotors, bolt on new rotors (use locktite), remount wheel.

If your bike doesnt already have fresh fluid in it i would recommend buying a big bottle of fluid and flushing the entire system while its apart.

while whats apart? i mean front tire will be off but all calipers would still be connected.

I bought it a long time ago. Sold my R1 to Mike.
Sung has a 1098 with lots of CF - also a 996, a race 636, race 600RR, and a MV F4.

I haven't had a chance to go down there for awhile. I've been working around the clock.
If I ever sell it, it will go back to Sung probably. If not, I have several friends that want it. We play musical bikes/cars a lot. My old R1 that I sold to Mike came from redr1 on here. My Mustang came from him also.

Double check and triple check the required torque on the rotors. If it doesn't make sense then quadruple check
The official manual for the 2004 R1 has a mis-print on the required torque for the nuts on brake rotors. Many people found out the hard way after stripping the studs (stripped studs = go buy new wheel).

yeah theyre like 16ft lbs which is like barely any torque at all
