16.4 was my best outta three runs, stock ls with a d series exhaust. Traction sucked even at 2k rpm launches. But this was my first time at the track.

Not bad. Best I could muster out of my CRX single cam with a burnt up clutch was 16.7 my first time out. 16.3s on my second trip. I had to launch off idle because I had a traction problem too, but it was between the clutch disc and the flywheel, not the tires and the ground, lolol. How much do those wagons weigh?

Not sure if you knew, but that DSM came back and won the Outlaw Class. He's also the IFO Points Series Leader.
he ran a 9.8 that day and his best time to date is a 9.4
