I had a client on the phone just now who is 28 years old and I would like to know what rock she climbed out of. I really have not had a client this dumb is who knows how long.

She had Jerry Springer blasting in the background, children yelling, a man talking louldly and she wonders why she couldn't hear for shit, when I tried to tell her she had a lot of background noise, she said, "okay". I was giving her the address and I said boulevard and said said spell it. I said BLVD for the abbreviation and she couldn't even get that right. Then I told her attention cashier and she said "spell it", and she also said appention instead of attention. I said reference the policy # on your method of payment. She said what is the reference #. Stupid idiot, turn your damn TV off and listen. People are so friggen ignorant, it is ridiculous.

Then I tried to explain that since the payment is 2 months behind the insurance coverage is not active. She said what do you mean, I said proudly, if something happens to anyone in the policy there is no coverage so no death benefit will be paid out.

Just had to get the stupidness I deal with out. I want to ask them one day if they even went to school.

Yes it is daily, but sometimes they are so ignorant it just irritates me. Like when they call smacking on there lunch, because they couldn't use half of lunch time to eat and the other half to make a professional phone call, or when they flush the toliet while talking, I just want to ask, did you wash your hands? It was amusing for a while and now it is just aggravating.
