I don't know if many of you know, but I play drums. Have been since I was like 5 or so. I've been in several different bands that didn't last long, mainly because no one took it serious. Well today in 3 hours I have an audition for a band that is doing pretty good. Don't know if any of have heard of them but their name is Stranded. It's something you know. I have a 50/50 chance cause they are picking between me and another drummer. I was like I can play the piano a little too if that would help any lol. I'm not a great drummer or anything, pretty good tho. But anyways just thought I would ask for good luck lol. :cheers:

lol thanks man, i'm not conceited and think that if i things work out we are gonna get rich and famous. it would be nice but i highly highly doubt i would be that lucky. I just wanna be a part of something to try and help get my name out there a little so maybe one day i would have a semi-descent shot as something great.

I don't know if any of you care but I'm semi-amateur in Guitar Hero 2. I can beat 30% of songs on hard. Not conceited, just know that I'm that good.... get off me

lol i had a video on my myspace but i accidentally deleted it. then my hd crashed and i had to get a new one, so i lost the one i had on my old hd. im not a great drummer or anything. never claimed to be, but im still pretty good at what i do. also, rock band drums are NOTHING like playing a real kit. yea man this anxiousness before i go play is killing me lol. Im nervous as shit, but I'm calm at the same time. Cause when I start playing everything fades away. If I'm still a little nervous I close my eyes and play. I can see my kit in my head so I know where everything is at. Some times when I play almost a whole song with my eyes close it trips people out. My friends in high school called me Stevie Wonder on drums lol.

there not a huge band or anything. but have played several show all around Georgia. I don't expect to hit the "big time" or anything. I love playing period, just the love for music. That's what i play for. But making money by doing doesn't hurt one bit either:D.

Well I think everyone liked me. Everything seemed to go great. Had a great session. Now I just gotta wait for them to call me back and let me know. The singer and me were talking and he was like i think we scared the other drummer we ere looking at off. I was thinking thats good for me lol.

Well it being this long I'm guessing they found someone else. Haven't heard anything back from them. Which is cool cause a friend of mine is getting me an audition with another band next week.

Maybe you should call them. I know my company won't call anyone back, they wait for the people they interviewed to call. It shows how ambitious they are.

man u making me want to go drop 2-3k on another set:( drums just done got way to expensive now day's i miss those 4-6 hr's of just straight pounding...
