ok i thought i would start a build thread. here are some pictures from the day i bought it until now. i am planning on painting it in the next couple of weeks. its red but i hate red so its going to be the bluesh silver color that comes on a scion tc. anyways on to the pic's.

I love the escalade wheels on these. looks great.i like the escaldes but on a hardbody is like a civic with slips, way to many. i want to convert it to 5 lug so i can have a better choice of wheels.

My old Yota was 5lub I used the CobraR's and some 300zx wheels. When you swap use the Yota conversion for sure.

And I like the rims, but if you think they're too common I'm with you on losing them. Nothing wrong with wanting something different

body drop that beast and put the rockers on the ground. Some guys in LA at a shop called doin it big body dropped one of those on 22s all the way around.

As for shaving the handles, the nissan HB is one of the hardest vehicles on the planet to shave the handles on because of the way the handles fall in the body line. Its looking good and do what you have to do to bring that thing all the way down on the payment. ill try to find a pic of the one on 22s and post it in here.

if you still want to do the 5 lug yota swap, my buddy has cando tubular upper and lower control arms with yota uniball balljoints for a hardbody with yota spindels, and a yota rearend for around 900. but you can make an offer

Easy to get good deals if your patient and seach alot. you have to bore them out just like your eskie wheels, unless your hubs have been machined. mine are bored out, so basically if your hubs are machined my wheels wouldn't work for you anyway.
