you need rotors also but for a complete list of things needed, check here http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm

i had a 300zx and 280z's but never a 240 to know what all is needed for it to bolt up. Please do some research.

Yes they will work on a 240SX. You need a few more items than the calipers. You will need rotors, SS brake lines, and possibly a 300zx brake master cylinder. Also, depending if your wheels will clear the calipers.

Anyways, nicely done with the calipers. GLWS, great price!
