on 75 there was a small group riding out. Blue srt4 (w/wing taken off), silver srt4, red evo (mods?), black 98 mustang GT, white 240, white crown vick (had gauges, funny looking). Some of them wouldnt want to go, but they did do some fly by (ricer?). I knew they didnt want to run because from their view im sure they thought why would I want to. So around about the top of the 285 I caught the blue srt4 setting up his show off fly by, and this time I was waiting for his shit. So I dropped it in 3rd right away as I saw his head lights lift up. At this speed I was near 6700rpm and he got just up to about my door handle. By this time our speeds are even basically until my car screams fast up to 8000+ which gave me a huge car length lead. After grabbing forth shit was dun son. Got the evo worst, I left him like he was parked. There was more of the srt4 but they got roasted. After all that some crx, eg hatch, and black coupe showed up but I never ran them. I did have a blast so I thank them for the nice runs.

i would really like to see that. from a roll i dont see it happening. yes there is a weight difference but its not enough. if i recall right WTF? raced a k20 swapped eg and only lost by a car and from what i see he has minor bolt ons. with that said the hatch cant touch a nicely modded srt4 with out something done to it.

Heres a little hint when looking for a boost leak(its real easy) even a dumpster monkey like yourself can do it:

Step 1. Pressurize the piping with a compressor. Might have to go to home depot and buy a pvc cap and coupler to match the turbo inlet, drill a hole in the middle and silicon in a male hose connecter.

Step 2. Take soapy water in a spray bottle(im sure its ok for you to use that girly soap you get from Bed and Bath)

Step 3. Spray all the couplers, welds, piping, etc...

Step 4. Ask your "tuner" to look for bubbles :lmfao:

It's real easy even for a poser like yourself.

The hatch is not no joke though. It would be hard for a stock turbo srt-4 to beat it. The guy in the evo is my good friend and he is at around 330-350whp at the time in the video.

It is the same hatch that raced WTF....They ran not long after us.

i've been working with nigel (turbo666) on the forums and he cant seem to get it right. im also talking to john at ptp, he has fixed this problem with my car before but then i added a fuel pump and now after adjusting my afr im back where i was. so as soon as something gets figured out i'll be ready.

Nigel is suppost to be good, I hear nothing but good about him, him and Aaron work together but I have never delt with him before. I have been having some knock issues lately and Aaron told me to change my plugs to the ngk 4306 from the ngk iridium 2 srep colder plugs that i'm using now. Have you ever used the ngk 4306's before and did they work for you? I put them in yesterday but have not boosted it yet but I sure hope they fix my knock problem.

Now I have to run a .029 at 27psi on my new setup to stop it from happening on a dsp tune.

After today at the track I've fully come to the conclusion that I cannot run from digs not only because of traction but my transmission mount hits my oil pan from the torque and today it punctured a hole.

As far as who asked whats done to the car.
Its a full Stage 3 package from Mopar with turbo toys....
So bigger injectors, Stage 3 PCM, Walbro pump, Quaiffe LSD from Mopar, Clutch, KW suspension, TD05 turbo, Solid motor/tranny mounts, 2 stage Zex Dry setup, and obviously your basic bolt ups from Mopar. Dynoed at 383hp @ 408 ft-lbs trq.

It's all good man. By the looks of your race with the stage 3 srt we might be a good run the next time. I had the stage 3 w/toys before my current setup and I ran 11's with it so if the black one is a true stage 3 car it should be able to do the same with a good driver. Looks like you have picked up a little.

They spin alot but having all that torque still helps it to pull out strong though.

For a Stage 3 SRT-4 (stock PCM controlled boost) to go against KIZDAWAY with the spray, the SRT-4 would need to run HOM (High Octane Mode... aka. race gas) at the minimum. I've known KIZDAWAY since he first started bringing that car out with Moseley so I know a thing or two about the car. As for Reckless' car, I have told him a bit about the history of that SRT-4. I don't know how it sits now but in the past, that car has never ran properly. It has been nothing but years of problems for the previous owner (at least on the drag strip). I have the same exact turbo kit on my car but with no spray and I outrun that car every single time we were at Commerce. The late and great Shaun Carlson was given the keys to that car and even he couldn't do anything with it. At least Shaun left his John Hancock on the dash of that car so that car is cooler than mine. :(

My car hooks fine on streets. Its all about how you drive your car. I can run mid to low 12's on 18 inch wheels and tires

Also reckless. Thats a VERY good outcome with you not on HOM. I believe you can could take him on HOM without spray. It makes a WORLD of difference as Member said

Well, when I had the stage 3 kit on my car I made 354whp out of HOM and 386whp in HOM. That should give you an idea what your pickup would be in HOM. I think he had a bigger shot in than a 60 shot because it should have been closer than that even though you were out of HOM, thats if your car is running like it should be.

With HOM off, I trap 110 in the 1/4 every single time. With HOM on, I've trapped up to 120. It's not bad for just pressing one single button. :D

welcome to the world of srt4s. 9.9 times out of 10 their torque numbers are a lot higher the the hp number is. they are just 4 cyclinder torque monsters.

Yea stock motor,head,intake manifold,throttle body,intercooler piping and blah.

I would be higher but im running a REALLY fast spooling smaller turbo. Its kinda outta breath at the 440whp range. But I am on a group buy for a HTA 60lb wheel turbo. Should be interesting.

Right now its on 27psi,30* of timing and NO knock on pump gas and meth
