HKS SSQV fitment

So if my new IC piping has a 50mm flange welded on already, what do I need to get to make a HKS SSQV fit? They sell flange adapters with them but idk if that's necessary or not considering the flange exists already. Yes, I know I'm stupid for asking this. Couldn't find a clear answer with google.
