best tunes for Honda in GA, imo:
1, Scotty @ Mainstream
2, ImportExperts in Winder.
lol personal opinions, those are the first two shops/ppl i would go to for a good tune.
EDIT: Also, everyone will most likely tell you to switch your car and make it obd1, because theres not really much support for our obd0 ecu's that makes tuning them easy nor reliable. Its not really that hard to do either, nowandays everything is pretty much plug-n-play.

Just order an obd0 to obd1 jumper harness for the ecu, get an obd1 ecu and get it chipped with a basemap for your setup, get an obd1 distributor, and get an obd0 to obd1 jumper for the distributor plugs as well, and a 4-wire oxygen sensor. I think thats all there is to it..

get the obd0-obd1 conversion harness from www.boomslang.us
obd1 dist (you can get a conversion harness to plug and play the obd1 dist to the obd0 engine harness)
4 wire o2 if you want to, but not nec
obd1 chipped ecu
call if you have any questions
