Both of these setups are in the same chassis; the semi-gutted DA integra. :goodjob:

Setup 1:

B20-Vtec, built block
Turbonetics turbo setup boosting ~8 - 9psi (not sure of turbo size..about equivalent to a Garrett T3/T4)
440cc injectors
255lph fuel pump
chipped/tuned

Setup 2:

LS-vtec, built block
Jackson Racing Supercharger, running ~8psi
chipped/tuned
440cc injectors
255lph pump

Intake and exhaust on both...:blah:

 Which sounds more like it could lay a nice whoopin'?

Probably the b20...more displacement generally means it would have an edge on power, and superchargers don't do it for me on weak ass little Honda motors.

neither because this thread is gay.

Intimidated? are you fucking kidding me?

SEtup 1, unless you have a sleeved block wont last long. The B20 doesnt hold boost very well.

Setup 2, who cares its a JRSC they never make any power.

Ricer thread is ricer

As stated before... Only set-up #1 if it's sleeved. Most won't do it.

Honduh is FTW!!!!!

LOL, well, my friend is just about to boost his car and he is running a b20Vtec. But, since i have something slightly different from his, i was thinking about supercharging rather than turbo-ing...

I guess i should tell him before he pops his engine, cuz the car its in is beautiful.

Superchargers need displacement in order to really be a threat IMO (don't start a debate on the "new" style blowers - verdict isn't in yet). There is a certain blown 99 Si in Birmingham that has learned this the hard way (dog / roll / you pick) w/ my wagon. :ninja:

I don't see 8lbs killing a b20 block if tuned correctly.

As far as "intimidated" - fail. I'm from Missouri - you have to SHOW ME (actually I'm not - I just wanted to say that). I may lose - and you may earn my respect. But I'm never intimidated.

This is a silly thread, but my money's on the b20 anywhere in the powerband you choose.
