What can i put in to gimme a lil bit more power? And is it cheap? hard? srry im a noob at this lol.

nothing cheap.
You can get b-series mounts from a site(i forgot the link) but you would have to get custom axels made and go obd1. but the mounts are like 500ish(i think)

or you could just build your own turbo kit and get someone to make a manifold.
the older accords are harder to work with then everyother honda, u wanna check 3geez.com for good info.

gr8 thx 4 the advice... question though, how hard is it to build a turbo? it sounds hard and pretty expensive as well. GOD i feel like, no wait, i AM such a NOOB!!! lol
