by that you mean?

why get such an aggressive clutch when you dont "need" it. if your simplying changing your clutch because your is going out and dont plan on high power anytime soon, then you should prolly get something a little more "everyday friendly"...
i think thats what ^he is trying to imply

if its a six puc, as most stage three's are, its gonna chatter a bit at every red light and stop sign, not to mention the extra wear on the cv axels and tranny. makes no sense on a stock motor with no power adder....
there not to bad but it dose take a little getting used to but hell chirping in every gear dose feel nice

i have seen that with the act 6 puck. ive ran the comp 4 puck for years no issues. an for most of my customers with any goal in mind while doing a motor swap or tranny swap ill have them get a comp 4 puck.
i had a spec 6 puck in my old gsr. ran it for months with no signs of problems

yup jus depends on the driver. its gona suck for you in traffic until you get used to it. might just wanna get a stage2. i have a sprung stage2 clutch in my gsr, grabs nice and its perfect for a DD if you want to go higher than oem or a stage1.

it depends on the company.....
our stage 3 drives almost like stock, its still a full face disc not a pucked disc. its a full face kelvar clutch disc, holds power and drives very close to stock. the only time you can really tell its not a stock clutch is when your snatching gears, then it grabs alot harder than a stock clutch.
hmong_Spec: i have a great deal on a stage 3 right now, sending you a PM :goodjob:

again....not true. most companies, us included use the same pressure plate with stage 2 and 3 so pedal effort is the exact same. most of the time what makes a clutch hold more power and changes the driveablity is the clutch disc, the amount of pucks and material the clutch disc is made of.
