This phone is used, and has some scratches on the back and top corners, and a deep scratch on thebottom right corner(its not a crack), everything works perfectly, its updated to 3.1 and is jailbroken 400 OBO

This is news to all potential buyers.
This phone as of right now can only be used with the At&t network. Since Genius here updated it to 3.1, it can be jailbroken, but it cannot be unlocked. No one knows when the unlock for the OS 3.1 which updates the Baseband to 5.11.01 is going to be released. So as of right now any 3g Iphone with a bootloader 5.09 or higher that has been updated to 3.1 with out a custom IPSW will be locked out to all other networks other than At&T


This guy is dreaming if he thinks he can get $400 for a phone any AT&T customer eligble for an upgrade can get new for $199 or Refurb for $99 is out of his mind.

With this in mind people, make your offers accordingly.


I know my Iphones, this thing is worth $250 max, just because you dont have to extend contract to get it.

Yeah thats why i haven't updated my phone to 3.1. i'm running 3.0.1. and work perfectly the only thing with 3.1 is that you can send multimedia texting thats it really and you can buy new appz off appstore thats for 3.1. but i get mine free on installous anywayz so. well but GL with the SALE!

400 is a lot but Dont bash his thread there is an unlock program out there now that takes the upgrade off so good luck I got 200 for it if you want

even if you do this, your baseband remains they same.

Its as simple as this. If your Modem Firmware gets updated to 5.11.07 there is NO WAY, and I mean NO WAY to unlock the phone at this current moment. This will change, but I have no idea when.

Unless you have a phone with bootloader 5.08 or lower, which are the 3gs manufactured before September2008, which currently accounts for less than 5% of Iphone 3g in circulation.



this applies to only Iphone 3G, and to even more further restrictions with the 3Gs.

Iphone 2G can be unlocked no problem, no matter the OS.

ive been hearing about this, but was told it was the 13th.

but Apple has responded with 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 which makes it damn near impossible to jailbreak, but all in due time.
