with the power levels around 350hp, i'd try a t3/04 .60 trim. spools pretty quick and will be able to support what you are looking for. don't hold me to it, but i think they're around $7-800 brand new. depending on where you get it from.
or you could be a baller and go with a gt45r, lol. that will put some folks in the dust when it spools. but i wouldn't recommend it.
its one serious turbo. supposedly supports up to like 1200hp.

Go for a T3/T04E 50 trim. Should hit your goals. That or a Borg Warner S256 non-extended tip...or if money is not so tight, Bullseye S256 extended tip turbo! We put one on a guys car recently and made a very conservative 380 at the wheels on an all wheel drive.

I guess it depends on what you are wanting to spend. There are tons of places that deal in turbos. I deal in just the Bullseye stuff. They do make a t3/t04 50 trim, but I have never bought one as most people that buy the rotated kits go for the S256 and larger turbos for their subarus and evos...more expensive, but when you are going to the expense of doing a full turbo kit, another $600-$700 is usually not a deal breaker.

for a dd this was a good setup on a b16 but would be way better on a lsVTEC. it is pretty much brand new and was ac/ps compatible

The 3076r won't get you much more honestly than the t3/t04e other than a little quicker spool. If you want to go bigger then the next step up is the Bullseye S262 or the garret 35R
