The Rockford Fosgate P3D412 is a Stage 3 ‘Punch’ subwoofer, and this means serious bass. This 12-inch 4-ohm subwoofer features literally bulletproof construction, with a Kevlar fiber cone designed to deliver only the highest-quality frequencies that a subwoofer can deliver. The surround is made of poly-ether-ester to ensure that the tones produced by the Kevlar fiber cone are not muted by poor materials used in construction. The P3D412 contains two voice coils for maximum versatility, and thus the usable power range of this unit is from 100 to 500 watts, with a peak of 1000 watts.
