There is no cure for tendonitis :no:. Just something you just kinda have to deal with. I have it in my left ankle as well as my left knee. This time of year is hard on me because as it gets colder, it feels like pressure is being put on my leg. Makes it ache a whole lot more. I'm normally drugged up this time of year lol
