That's just a lawsuit over intelligent design.

Intelligent Design is Creationism without actually naming "God".

Evolution however has more holes in it that Creationism.

They should teach the pro's and con's of each and let the students decide. Quit treating students like they are too dumb enough to understand.

agreed. it's the parents job to instill religion and beliefs in their children until they are old enough to form their own opinion, not the schools.

/\/\/\ HA!... I think we should teach all MAJOR religions in school and evolution. Just as you guys have said let students decide and parents endoctrine. As a matter of fact, I cant remember what class but they taught us a bit about each of the major religions, Islam, christianity, Jewdaism, and even confusisim. BTW I CANT spell.
