I've got a 98 civic dx. I'm about to start running a chipped obd1 p06. I have a conversion harness bit only 2 of the 3 plugs plug into my ecu.. Someone told me I might have a obd2a harness instead of an obd2b?? Is this so? And if so is anyone interested in the one I have? I need the right one by Tuesday morning.

Ok a little research has show that since my ecu is plug.space.plug.plug
that I have obd2a. When I plug my harness into my ecu all three plugs fit. However the plug on the obd1 side has 4 female plugs holders. And the 1st plug on mine transfers through to the obd1 side where there are no pins, it's a naked plug. I was thinking that obd1 only had an option for three plugs, but mine has four. I'm on my iPhone at work today but if someone can help me out I can email them pics of the jumper harness all it says on it is street wires or something like that, oh and for off road use only. So does anyone have the right one for sale? I need it asap

sounds like you have an obd2b-obd1 conversion harness. on the 98 civic you need an obd2a-obd1 conversion harness. go to www.boomslang.us and get one there...best quality and low price. i've never had a boomslang harness fail out of the 1000's of honda/acura i've tuned. i can't say that for other brands, especially skunk2 or jdmshit.
