hahahaha i told you, give it time and pace yourslef,listen to tony haha do your best and forget the rest . on a serious note pick up the calorie intake during the day if you wanna make it through the work outs.

damn right, if you can get past the first 4 weeks your good,get the calorie and protein intake right and get lots of rest and you will do fine,i failed cause i was lacking in the schedule area,i work late and always made an excuse as to why i could not continue. i will give it a shot again next year :D
