How do you do that? Like make the stripes, Btw I'm using CS2.

Find an image of a Japanese rising sun flag and make it fit lol...
Elements, cs2,3,4 all really work about the same... you just have to get used to the different places adobe puts its tools, layers, options, and what not. the real difference in programs is the interface betwen other programs, and the high end image rendering/saving (for publishing) that is restricted to the pricey versions.

BTW the real question you would want to ask is how I got the texture in the text and how I got the perspective to look right as if it were one of the rays...
