well if you wanna get it done free lmk.... i got all the tools except for a angle grinder and wheel. if you got one of them they do a better job of cutting flanges off so bring it. i just got a sawzall.

nevermind i found one in the corner of a warehouse where i work it been there since the 80's haha they let me use so thanks to those who offered..
