that has 2 be my 2nd favorite oem wheel id just aircraft cleaner all that paint off and do them oem.

try krylon flat black on top of that primer, you will be suprised how well that stuff will come out no streaks and pretty smooth and way better than the primer look i used 8 cans on my car at 3.50 a can. good luck to ya.

you should try the flat black so it doesnt look so spotted, plus paint the inside of the fender wells, so theyre not red, itll help alot
