Ok, i have a huge problem... just got a call, the house is unavailable for the party (the floors are being redone). So I need a new venue or we will have to cancel :(. Any ideas would be appreciated :goodjob:

ummm, we may be able to do it at my place - i will have to think about it tho. there is plenty of parking down by the pool and everything - and people can walk up to the house or we can have someone drive back and forth. i'm not sure tho- i don't want my house getting destroyed. also - my house isn't too far from where it was gonna be

If everything comes out to be good with this new house that I'm getting everyone that's invited can come over my place........there is plenty of parking and plenty of room for us to drink and the house is in a coulder sack.....here are some pix

that house is awesome!

i got to thinking - after talking with james about having it at my place - it may not be the best idea. there are too many dumb kids in my neighborhood (love to play chicken with cars!) and I think it would be too risky. Sorry! Plus, I don't know if 50-75 people could fit at my house - i have a small yard - big house, but small yard.

thanks you guys............hopefully I'll have everything done by the 31st.......cause something went wrong with the closing that was supposed to happen on Monday and the original guy working on my house paperwork passed them on to another of his co workers....but today i'll find out something.......so I'll keep everyone updated.

we can have it at my house...just no underage crazy drinkers/drivers, just the people on the guest list...i don't know half of you guys but if you were invited to pauls then seems you guys know how to have fun without raising too much hell. anyone would be welcome to crash, just need to be out by around 3 or 4pm the next day. the house is decent sized, huge front yard on a semi-secluded lot, lots of parking room. just would need some help cleaning up the next day...

you guys let me know, i can make it happen...we have two living type areas, a couple open garages, a huge yard, furniture down by the pool (closed :(), a couple kicking stereos, a couple grills...bring the people, food and decorations and we can call it a party.

cause the last company that i dealt trying to get my mortgage fucked me over for about a month and a half and now that employee is fired/quit and started his own company........Then I went to Global Mortgage Group and the rates that they are giving me are high as hell like I declared bankruptcy when I haven't.......so now I'm kicking it to a bank to close the deal in a sec or 2...
ok well i'll let u guys know something.......for the house warming party.....but if something changes you guys will be the 1st to know
