Holy crap my buddies dad has a fencing business and his lumber yard is right behind there. See the white building in the first pic (behind the auto sales), thats his place. Better text him. And my buddy lives across the street from that in a neighborhood.

You fail to realize that 99% of georgia businesses do NOT have flood insurance. There's never been a flood here.. Businesses effected from this flood are going to be VERY VERY hurt.

Auto policy cover cars in a flood tough. So if you guys wanna get rid of your cars. Now is the time too do it. Go park it in a river and say it floated away.... :goodjob:

Yessir, they certainly do. But for a business, i wonder if the coverage is different, i would assume so.

Nope, as long as they carry garage liability. They will be covered for the cars. The office is a diffrent story.

If you're not in a flood zone you CAN'T get flood insurance most of the time.

Well, John Oxidine was on the radio this morning stating that wasnt true. I was always told you need to be in a flood zone also. But he was saying that was not the case. But the only people that write flood insurance is Fema and that is regulated by the fedreal goverment. So i know alot of people are gonna get screwed.

Both my personal house and my rental house are leaking thru the roofs now. Im so glad my personal coverages will cover this...

Soon we've have people going to shops or dealerships and bribing them to put their car in the air on lifts then kill the power to them.....
