clutch question II

I am having a problem very similar to blacknightteg's, clutch is squeaking when i press it in but mine is getting harder and harder to press down the more i drive it? any ideas?

i wouldn't have made a new thread but i didnt wana hijack the other one, and my problem is a lil different...
