I am selling a brand new LG Neon cell phone. Only opened to get my sim card out and to power it on to make sure its working.. Still has screen protector on it.. Comes with all manuals and box (cut upc off the box for my rebate) comes with charger, and battery. Brand new phone got in mail today and opened it once!
