Poll: Pole: Hummingbird as a pet? Illegal or legal?

I know that you can keep Seagulls as pets but the noise alone makes it not worth it.

But is it legal to keep a hummingbird? I'm not up to date on my birdlaw.

honestly im not sure, i tried to acquire an albatross for quite some time but they are highly frowned upon by the law......and quite expensive at that :(
