wassup. check this out.
today i got my intake for the car(1997 1.8l 4dr mirage) and me and a friend of mine were going to install becuase it looked pretty easy. but the first thing i did was take the old tube out. after i took that one out i started my car before continuing and it started then shut off after a few seconds :mad:
so i did all kind of tests and found out that when the old airbox is not connected to the intake by the tube the car would shut down, im guessing cuz computers and the air intake sensor or sumthin like that. but i was going to take the airbox out and put my intake in. does anone know what to do. because if i just remove one tube and already have problems then i dont want to continue to take the airbox out until i know whats up. thnx
