Universal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator - Nismo?

i got this a while back from a member on another forum and he assured me it's a nismo universal adj. fpr. when i typed in "nismo fuel pressure" on ebay, the ones that came up looked exactly like this one, so i guess it is. in any case, the shop working on my car says i don't need it, so i may as well sell it. not sure what price to put on it so i guess $100 obo.
