for the life of me i cant remember the late 80's maybe early 90's tv show , that had a guy that used to fight crime ridin a black rice rocket and dressed in all black , it was on around the same time as Airwolf and Knight rider , i wanna say it was "Street Hawk"?

Yeah, the show had only one season in the mid 80s. Just never really took off. I do remember that George Clooney was in one of the episodes. Later, QD.
