Lugnut/wheel lock

Okay, so me and a buddy were gonna lower his integra today, we took off the center cap and we see this; every wheel has a lugnut lock or whatever on it. There is no way I can take it off and the previous owner didn't give me the key to take it off. How/where can I take it off?

take a pic of the head post it up. somebody might have a key they will let u borrow.
also
other option if u dont want to go that route is to weld bolt to the end of the lock and use a wrench to get it off.

sou can come up to my shop i have a wheel lock removal tool. its gona cost u 20 bucks. i can looksen them all for u adn if u bring some stok lugs u ill throw them on, if u want pm me

Thanks alot man, but I already got a neighbor to do it lol. And I wish I saw this before. I would of paid $20. Pepboys charges $36 for 2 wheels, so it'd be $72..Fucking ridiculous.
