My youngest daughter got it for her birthday today and we all watched the Blu-Ray version tonight. Then we watched a bit of it in 3D. The quality was awesome. Just in 2D BR, the picture was crystal clear. But turning it up a notch to HD 3D, was nothing short of outstanding. Very well done movie.

As far as the movie itself goes, I was ok with it. Pretty decent story, but it did seem to lack some more depth. But I guess for a child, it would be just fine. My daughter loved it.

But the 3D HD was worth the watch.

9/10, if you get the BR version. Later, QD.

i would not recommend it for a 4 year old. its a little deep and dark for a kid of that age. i honestly didnt see why everyone liked this movie. i didnt find it entertaining until the end.

I don't know if you're child would wear the 3D glasses for long enough. As far as being good for a 4 year old. I don't see any reason why she couldn't. I don't see it being THAT deep and dark. Later, QD.
