My Brother needs some help with Emissions

My Brother has a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant and needs someone to pass his emissions. Anyone know where I could tell him to go get this done and around how much it may run him??

He says it has 2 bad sensors that will cost him about 400 to replace them and he doesn't have money and needs to get a tag this month.

Since he doesn't have the money, go to the junk yard and get some used ones. Or..find another galant and jack them. ;)
