HAHA! Seems like more than just a few of us have slammed the floor of an auto. My daily is an auto truck, so I'm used to it and can adjust easily. But man do I love my 5 spd, except in rush hour traffic.

I did that crap in my moms dodge-neon once. But i slammed the brake with my left foot and almost flew out the windshield.

I cant drive manual. Ill fess up. It's been 8 years since I driven manual and Im rusty as shit. I know how to start but then my mind blanks out on me. The Genesis was supposed to be manual but you who stole my car from Rick Case I hate you. Though I got flappy paddle which is either a good or bad thing.

Though ff anyone wants to teach me Ill buy lunch or dinner. It probably shouldnt take long since Im a quick learner.

I cant stand auto anymore. Started out with an auto, then went to a 5spd hatch and dont know what id do if i went back. I know when i do drive auto, I go for the clutch when i start the car and when i come to a stop, only to be dissappointed that im just pushing the foot rest :(

Of course I can. I've never owned anything other than manual transmission cars in my many years of driving. My last three cars were 6 speed and before that, 5 speeds.
