went to the in-laws today and seen this humming bird.

Awesome picture. I would love to take pics like that, but to me, I can't justify spending that much on a camera. Good job, though. Later, QD.

why don't you have any EXIF data on your pics, btw?i dont know. is there a setting in my camera that lets people see that or what? here's what i shot it at ISO 160 - F/4.5 - 1/200 sec

The noise looks like it was shot at 800. Did you sharpen or run the saturation up on this pic post shoot? or crop it way in? those adjustments could add noise like in this shot.


Nice capture.

I'd like to have seen the wings frozen in place. An external flash would have helped with that.
That lower line not being straight in the green background distracts me... Hard to fix that one without tearing into photo-ethics though (cough clone tool)...

I know my sigma 17-70 would hunt a bit for focus... did your 24-70 snap to quickly? I feel one coming in my future.
