my clutch said lol at my face tonight....made a motor pass with some slight slipping and went 13.0, turned on the juice and it said fuck your couch i'm out, and literally slipped in all 4 gears....and i still rolled to an 11.89

just a couple words of advice....

sleepys4....rolling through the water with street tires = people lol'ing at you, and running in the n/t lanes are for people who are testing or with fast cars and money to win....you are neither...especially the fast part....

nemo....your buddy squeeled about what shot you were tuned on.....i congratulate you on being able to hang out in the kf with the big boys....even though you aren't going to outrun any of us

atlplayer...i went 2 seconds faster than you on a clutch that rendered my car undriveable after that pass....so no, you're not just 2 seconds behind me, it's closer to 3+....and yes, as stated above, todd won, win light = win, e/t's don't mean shit if you can't drive

Thanks a million to vtecace23 for the use of your slicks, sorry you didnt get to make a full pass. Thanks to everyone who showed up, sorry the car gods were not happy and caused mass carnage. I feel like it was a good test and tune session, I learned a few things about my set up and need to adjust accordingly. Glad I was able to turn up the boost, nice that the ignition problems are gone, didnt bust up even when it was too rich so the MSD stuff is working.

I did not realize that there was a forced induction click. I dont need to build an all motor setup to prove anything and I am just going to keep tweaking my turbo setup to make it the best it can be. I did the na thing back in the 90's and early 2000's and I have moved on to forced induction. I did n2o back in the early 2000's and the moved on to turbo. A well built na car has an awesome powerband but I have grown to love the turbo as it is a little easier on parts and ultimate power potential is so much higher. I respect a well built na setup and can give lots of good input on that subject. I dont know who this atlplayer guy is that was brought up. It wouldnt hurt to introduce yourselves. I dont have any beef with you guys, hope to see you soon at the track!

Man, if it is :gay:to be able to up the hp at the touch of a button, a good crew chief on an all motor car is pretty :gay:. They dial in more or less hp all day to take account of track conditions.

i love boost. i super love it when i stay in boost while drifting and all you can hear is my bov going off and on (on tech courses) but when full lock turns come in with full throttle nothing like bouncing off rev limiter for a split second to get the crowd hyped up....even tho bouncing of revs takes away from points i like the way it sounds.

You didn't see my car leave the track last night did you? were you blind enough not to see my car sitting directly across from the scales last night? i didn't leave it there b/c i wanted to drive 45 minutes back up there this morning to trailer it back home, i left it there because the clutch was completely fried....i've been through 3 clutches in the last 13 months b/c my car makes more tq than your entire crew combined

Everyone already knows their place...its printed on their timeslip. In the auto drag racing food chain I am below Clark but above Evilgoat.....but we are all trying to move up. Go look and the 1/4 and 1/8 timeslip list here and u can see where you fit in. Street racing allows you to manipulate the conditions to your advantage hopefully. In the end the et is what people will respect. If I outrun Clark in the rain street racing vs at the track...which is gonna get me more respect?
